Misty is amazing! I was nervous because I hadn’t had a massage in a very long time and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Misty was so kind and talked me through the process. I’m pretty sure Misty’s nursing background gives her superpowers when it comes to understanding muscles on the human body. She knew just what my body needed and I left there feeling fantastic. Here’s where she went above and beyond: I talk a lot when I’m nervous and asked Misty if it was ok if we chatted through the massage. She told me that if clients prefer silence she could do that too, but she was perfectly happy to chat if that’s what I needed to feel comfortable. Well, after my hour I felt like I had a sweet new big sister! We connected about a lot of things in our lives and my massage ended up doubling as a therapy session 🤣 I could not be more happy with the experience I had with Misty and before leaving I was sure to schedule another massage for the next week. When I went there it was lovely! It was my first time getting a massage and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire thing! I would recommend booking your appointments online or in person because when I called to schedule another one I got no callback!

Have been a customer for some time. Have never, ever had a bad experience. I have been able to be worked in at short notice. Quality of services is fantastic. Thank you, Misty and In Joy Therapeutic Massage! This is my favorite place now for massage therapy. Great pressure and technique to remove all those muscle knots and tension that I didn't know I had.
